The installation process involves:

• Initial consultations
• Level II inspections to access integrity of chimney
• Video inspections of chimney interior

The sales/installation process involves an initial consultation to determine best product fit according to customers desires. Depending upon the situation we may need to do a level II inspection.

Once product is agreed upon, the venting system is inspected and repaired (if needed) or upgraded or mapped out in the case of new systems to meet the needs of the new appliance.

Hearth requirements are then planned out.

After all systems are a go we deliver the product, install all systems, test fire units, and consult homeowners on proper usage of appliance.

A following maintenance schedule is then established to keep the new appliance running trouble free for years to come.
